Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost?

$280 per camper for a full week. This includes meals, lodging, activities, crafts, and a camp t-shirt. A minimum $25 deposit is required at registration.

What ages can attend?

Camp is open to youth ages 8–18 (entering grades 3–12). All four sessions are open to all ages.

Is my child safe at camp?

Absolutely. All staff and counselors undergo background checks. We maintain excellent staff-to-camper ratios, have a nurse on duty, and follow strict safety protocols for all activities.

Can my child attend more than one session?

Yes! Many campers choose to attend multiple sessions. Each session has a unique theme and activities.

What about dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please note any dietary needs or allergies on the registration form. Our kitchen staff will do their best to accommodate special dietary requirements.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another session. Full refunds (minus deposit) are available up to 2 weeks before the session start date.

Can parents visit during the week?

We encourage a "no visit" policy during the camp week so campers can fully engage in the experience. Parents are welcome at the closing ceremony on the last day.

What if my child gets homesick?

Homesickness is normal! Our experienced counselors are trained to help campers adjust. Most children are having so much fun by the second day that homesickness fades quickly.
