Florida Bible Camp
Summer Sessions

A dedicated staff of Christian counselors, recreation and craft leaders, and Bible teachers work together to make each child’s stay at Florida Bible Camp an enjoyable and spiritually profitable experience. All staff and volunteers complete all background check requirements set forth by the State of Florida Statutes.

Florida Bible Camp offers 3 weeks of summer camp for ages 8 to 18. Summer camp activities include Bible study, crafting, hiking, tubing, canoeing, swimming, sports and lots of other fun activities.

Cost is $235 per camper (additional $7 fee for credit card payments) Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. This includes all meals, lodging, crafts, class material, t-shirt, canteen, tubing and canoeing. Either the full payment or a $25 deposit must accompany your completed registration (non-refundable) with the balance due prior to arrival. Camper registration is not complete without at least the $25 deposit.

Please make Checks or Money Orders payable to FBC. Camper is not registered until the completed camper registration and deposit (or full payment) is submitted.
Returned checks will incur a $15 returned check fee.

Important Information

Suggested packing list for campers
Bible, notebook & pen/pencil
Sleeping bag or sheets for twin mattress
Towels for pool & shower-3 or more recommended (be sure to label them)
Toiletries, tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, soap, deodorant
Casual modest clothing and swimsuits (See Dress Code)
At least 2 pairs of shoes
Long pants (for hiking)
Dirty clothes bag
Reusable water bottle (labeled with name)
Optional—flashlight, bug spray, sunscreen
Medications (in original containers please)
what not to bring

Leave valuables, cash and all electronic equipment at home. Do not bring immodest clothing, tobacco, drugs, alcohol, knives, guns or pornography to camp.

Campers will be sent home for bringing any of the following: tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, or a foul mouth.

dress code - for all campers and staff

It is our desire that Florida Bible Camp be a place where are campers are not distracted from what God has in store for them during their stay at camp, a place where they can focus their eyes and their hearts on their relationship with Jesus, a place where they are not “tempted” by the flesh. Therefore, campers are required to adhere to the “Camp Dress Code” as follows:

Shorts must be mid-thigh or longer
Skirt and slit lengths must be close to the knee
No open midriff, low-cut (no cleavage showing) or see though clothing
If you are wearing leggings or yoga pants; an oversized/long shirt is best (your shirt must cover your rear end)
NO sleeveless/strapless tops, tank tops or halter tops, etc.
Girls: NO swimsuits that reveal your waistline or cleavage. Cover-up must be worn going to and from the pool
Boys: Must wear a t-shirt when swimming
No clothing with any type of slogan or ad that does not conform to a Christian standard (i.e. tobacco, alcohol, suggestive pictures, satanic groups, etc)
medications:

ALL medications (RX and OTC) must be turned into the Nurse at registration.
ALL medications (RX and OTC) MUST be in their original containers or they CANNOT be used.
